Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor to join our BMW and MINI flagship site in Wilmslow. You will be the friendly first point of contact for customers, manage bookings, provide updates, and help deliver a premium service experience.

The role offers a supportive team culture, specialist training with BMW UK, BMW certification, and opportunities for progression within a modern, high-spec facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive sector (preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop.
• Ensure a seamless and professional experience for customers bringing in vehicles for servicing, repairs, or MOTs.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK) and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Customer- focused with a friendly and professional manner.
• Organised and detail- oriented
• Team player with a proactive and solution- driven approach.
• Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
