Job summary

Renault Truck Commercials' Faversham in Kent is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and promote workshop products and services. You will be the first contact for customers, connecting workshop and service teams while assisting with admin and invoicing tasks.

The role requires clear communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to support a busy service department on a Monday–Friday 06:00–14:00 shift with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Dealership Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, written and verbal.
• Ability to support admin tasks and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for face-to-face and phone customers.
• Act as a bridge between workshop and service areas within the business.
• Support admin and invoicing functions and promote Workshop Services.
• Assist with parts familiarity and product information when needed.
