Renault Swansea is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy dealership on Fendrod Way, Swansea. You’ll guide customers through the servicing process, manage bookings and keep customers informed throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor role is essential.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and manage customer expectations.
• Good mechanical understanding of cars and parts.

• Able to handle difficult situations with confidence and tact.
• Knowledge of CDK Drive, Kerridge and SAF systems is advantageous.
• A clean UK driving licence is essential.

Renault Swanseais looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy dealership on Fendrod Way, Swansea (SA7 9DG). You’ll be joining a Service team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care.

What you’ll be doing

• Guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop.
• Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find their requirements and advise on cost, timescale and arranging courtesy cars
• Liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicle’s progress throughout the day and gaining authority for extra work and invoicing

Working pattern

You'll be working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch. One in three Saturday mornings 8:30am -12:30pm on a rota (1.5 overtime paid)
