Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System is required.
• Experience in upselling services is needed.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading while meeting customer requirements.
• Upsell works to be completed and promote special offers/Service Plans.
