Job summary

Auto Skills UK is seeking a Service Advisor in Livingston to join a busy car dealership. Basic salary £28,000 with OTE £33,000, hours Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm 1 in 3.

You will arrange service bookings, manage workshop loading, upsell, and promote service plans while using Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS. Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS system.
• Previous experience upselling.
• Full manual UK Driving License - subject to drivers check.

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
