DM Keith Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in a busy, customer-focused workshop. We are a long-established, family-run dealer and value attitude and training as much as skills.

You will handle customer queries, book vehicles into the workshop, and promote our manufacturer training program while enjoying comprehensive benefits and career progression with a genuine family ethos.

Job Description

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Ford Leeds.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Courses and access to continuous internal coaching and support. Please note that offsite travel for brand training is a mandatory requirement for this role.

About You

You must be able to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast past and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.

As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they may have, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.

Hours

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
