Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Up To £28k

We're looking for a Service Advisor to join the team here at Stockport. This role is offered on a permanent basis on a 42-hour per week contract including Saturday mornings on a rota, with a very competitive starting salary of £26,000 and a generous, uncapped bonus. Location: Stockport SEAT

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm on a Rota basis

You will be joining a friendly and efficient Aftersales department led by a talented Service Manager. We will help you develop your skills through continuous training and 1-to-1 sessions. Our Service Advisors play a crucial role in providing a personalized, premium experience for customers, guiding them through servicing, MOT, and repairs, and upselling where appropriate. Ongoing training includes customer experience workshops.

• Booking MOTs, services, and repairs
• Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
• Coordinating with the Aftersales team for scheduling
• Managing high customer volume, calls, and online queries
• Communicating turnaround times and updates effectively
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems

Ideal candidates will have energy, a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport easily. Technical explanations should be clear and concise. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous.

You should be able to maintain accurate records, work well in a team or independently, and have experience in a similar automotive customer service role or a passion for cars.
