Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established dealership. You will be the link between customers and our workshop, ensuring clear expectations and smooth service experiences.

The role offers a £35,000 base salary with £41,000 OTE, Monday to Friday only, with weekend off, and a range of benefits including pension and an employee rewards platform. Ideally you have previous customer-facing service experience and strong communication and relationship skills in

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are required.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motor retail service advisory is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them during service or repair.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Follow up to ensure customers are happy with the work carried out.
