Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor in Aylesford for a Monday to Friday role within a busy HGV/Commercial Vehicle environment. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare estimates and invoices, and support the depot's costing and administration tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience in the HGV/Commercial Vehicle sector, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach in a stable, growing company offering progression and regular hours.

Are you a Service Advisor or similar with a background in the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position within a family-run automotive company known for its great working environment and commitment to its staff?

In this role, the successful candidate will liaise with customers, generate estimates and invoices, complete general administration, and work towards company KPIs including recovery rates and lead times.
