You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing the flow of information between the workshop and customers, and ensuring clear communication about work in progress.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Willingness to attend manufacturer training courses when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions on behalf of the dealership.
• Identify service needs and agree work with customers and timelines.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm repair times and relay information to customers.
• Conduct visual inspections for any potential damage and update customers on progress.
• Process payments and issue invoices, handling complaints per company policy.
