Pentagon Motor Group in Warrington is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You’ll handle customer enquiries, promote value‑added services, and coordinate workshop loading to keep the service bay productive.

This role emphasizes clear communication, high standards of customer care, and accurate documentation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays; you’ll benefit from comprehensive training and a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong administration and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of courtesy and integrity when dealing with customers.
• Ensure customers understand repairs, costs, and timescales.
• Communicate updates via phone, text or email throughout the service journey.
• Explain Visual Health Checks as part of the customer care process.
• Quote repair times to maximise sold hours and labour revenue.
• Keep customers updated on progress and explain completed work on collection.
