Pentagon Motor Group in Stoke is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, manage enquiries, promote value-added services, and help maintain smooth workshop operations.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 schedule with Saturdays on a rota, generous benefits from Day 1, and a clear path for career development within our expanding group.

Qualificações

• Experience in a busy, fast paced office environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to calm and manage difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high standard of courtesy and integrity when dealing with customers.
• Explain the nature and cost of repairs, timescales and required work.
• Communicate with customers via in person, phone, text or email to keep them updated.
• Explain Visual Health Check (VHC) as a duty of care to keep customers safe.
• Advise customers of identified work and benefits of Pentagon services.
• Keep customers updated on progress and provide daily updates if the vehicle remains in the dealership.
• Explain all work upon collection and mention the NPS survey.
• Walk the customer to their vehicle on collection.
