Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Slough is hiring a Service Advisor to join our established team. The role offers a £35,000 basic salary with £41,000 OTE and a comprehensive benefits package, with the position working Monday to Friday for a genuine work-life balance.

You will be the liaison between customers and the workshop, setting expectations, upselling products, and maintaining contact throughout service or repair to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential.
• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are crucial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them during service or repair.
• Upsell additional products where appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with work carried out.
• Act as liaison between customer and workshop to ensure smooth service.
