Sytner BMW Stevenage is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing on servicing and keeping customers up to date with every stage of their vehicle’s service.

You will also liaise with technicians, offer product and service advice, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy dealership. Training is provided through our Learning & Development team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress with in-house training.
• Strong customer service experience in busy environments.
• Good organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control on vehicle statuses.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs in a fast paced setting.
