Steven Eagell Group, Toyota Gatwick, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the service experience. You will build rapport with customers, manage the service journey end-to-end, provide accurate estimates, schedule work, and ensure a seamless visit to our workshop while representing the Toyota brand.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in automotive settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aftersales customer care and build rapport to understand needs.
• Manage the service journey end-to-end, scheduling and workshop coordination.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote genuine parts and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
