As a Service Advisor working at Mercedes-Benz in York, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
  • Qualify and understand customer requirements, advise on completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, communicating effectively with workshop control to meet deadlines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting these into bookings.
  • Keep customers informed about repair and service progress through various communication channels.
  • Sell products, services, and repair work professionally, achieving all objectives.
  • Invoice completed work and process payments as required.
  • Work collaboratively to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Use dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills; experience with databases is desirable.
  • Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and pressure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Valid driving license with minimal penalties.
