Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is helping a well-established dealership in the Glasgow area recruit a Service Advisor. You will meet and greet customers at the service reception, book in vehicles, raise and close job cards, and liaise with the workshop to progress work.

Kerridge and One Link experience are advantageous, with a strong focus on upselling and high service standards. Excellent earning potential with a market leading salary of £40,000+ OTE and diverse benefits including a pension, 33 days

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with Kerridge and One Link is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Liaise with workshop on progress and arrange courtesy cars.
• Costing, invoicing and upselling where appropriate.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
