1. Working Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday - Friday) / Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
2. Our client is seeking applications from customer-driven, self-motivated individuals with a proven track record as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.

Position: Service Advisor in Ripon

• Basic Salary: up to £26,000.
• OTE: approximately £30,000.
• Working Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday - Friday) / Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
• Experience using Kerridge is desirable.
• Opportunity to work for an established franchise dealership with an excellent regional reputation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Book appointments and schedule work for the workshop team.
• Provide accurate quotations for services.
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
• Liaise with the workshop team to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve issues that arise.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience acting as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Confidence using Kerridge.
• A considered approach to customer service.
• Customer relations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• IT competency.
