OMC provides a wide range of services including servicing, parts, repairs, and quality used cars. They have a dedicated Commercial Vehicles showroom.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Advisor role located in Oldham. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, and communicating effectively. The role will involve aftersales services and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive services and products is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Candidates will need at least 2 years motor trade experience, ideally within a dealership setting. This is a fast paced environment with approx. 10 customers each day.
