Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8am - 1pm on a rota basis
Salary: Up To £32,400
We're looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at Motherwell Landrover. This permanent role involves a 42-hour workweek, including Saturday mornings on a rota, with a starting salary of £26,000 plus a generous, uncapped bonus. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a premium JLR brand.
You will join a friendly, efficient Aftersales department led by a talented Service Manager. We are committed to supporting your development through continuous training and one-to-one coaching.
As a Service Advisor, your role is to provide our customers with a personalized, premium experience, guiding them through servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Your knowledge and expertise will help customers make informed decisions about their vehicle's servicing. We offer ongoing customer experience workshops to enhance these skills.
We seek energetic, personable individuals with a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential, along with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is advantageous.
You should be capable of maintaining precise customer records, work well independently and as part of a team, and have experience in a similar automotive role or a strong interest in cars and customer service.
