Job summary

Thurlow Nunn in King's Lynn is looking for a Service Advisor to greet customers bringing their car in for service and repairs, confirm booking details and progress the job through the workshop.

You will keep customers updated on work status, upsell additional services, and answer questions about warranties, services and repairs, working with the Service Manager to provide outstanding customer care and support repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ideally previous experience within the motor trade.
• Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota.

Job description

We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor for our King's Lynn branch. The Service Advisor will greet all customers bringing their car in for service and repairs, confirm the booking details and progress the job through the workshop.

The Service Advisor will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, up sell additional work and products and answer any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.

Working closely with the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will provide an exceptional level of customer care at all times to ensure a positive experience and repeat business year after year.

We are looking for the following…

• Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Competence in Microsoft packages
• Ideally, previous experience within the motor trade
• Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis

Hours

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, 1 hour for lunch, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00am to 1.00pm
