Octane Recruitment is assisting a busy main dealership in Cambridge to recruit a Service Advisor with a minimum of 2 years' main dealership experience. You will manage customers through the service journey, book workshops, and keep customers informed on progress and costs.

Applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK, delivering outstanding service while hitting Aftersales targets. Salary is circa £32,000 with OTE £40,000+ and a 47-hour week including Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' main dealership Service Advisor experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process
• Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate appointments
• Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs and completion times
• Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and Workshop Controller
• Explain and recommend additional maintenance and repair work
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and workshop records
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving Aftersales targets

Service Advisor - Cambridge

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Cambridge. Applicants must have at least 2 years' main dealership Service Advisor experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Cambridge

Salary: Circa £32,000 basic depending on experience

OTE: £40,000+ uncapped

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-2:00pm (47 hours average)
