Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Bonus
OTE: £35,000 +
Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00 - 18:00 with No Weekends!

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Dealer who is recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Fareham area.

Responsibilities:

1. Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
2. Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
3. Update Customers and Vehicle Records
4. Prepare and complete Invoices
5. Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
6. Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires

Minimum Requirements:

1. A working experience within a Service Advisor role
2. The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
3. Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
4. Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Compensation:
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of circa £35,000.
