Service Advisor Cambridge - On Target Earnings of £40,000

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next career move? Based in Cambridge, this prestige vehicle and award-winning dealership is renowned for delivering top-tier service to customers. Your Role as a Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the dealership, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. You'll handle everything from greeting customers and recording vehicle details to maximising service sales. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards that the customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and assist customers
  2. Accurately log vehicle details and service requirements
  3. Communicate and convert the VHC (Visible Health Check) identified work requirements
  4. Manage reception administration, from job cards to invoicing
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way

About You:

  1. Currently an experienced Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Advisor in a franchised car dealership
  2. Familiarity with CDK/ADP/Keyloop Dealer Management System (a plus!)
  3. A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for customer service
