Job Opportunity: Vehicle Service Advisor

We are collaborating with a main dealership seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

Position Details
  • Salary: £27,000 basic, depending on experience, with an OTE of £36,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at hourly rate.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate service and repair needs to customers professionally
  • Advise on estimated repair costs and work timelines
  • Recommend additional products suited to customer needs
  • Coordinate collection arrangements and timescales
  • Create job cards using the in-house computer system
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Document warranty work per manufacturer policies
  • Prepare and complete invoices
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a garage or dealership
  • Full driving license

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, build strong rapport, and achieve high CSI scores. Confidence in upselling and maintaining professionalism with customers is essential.
