Are you proud of delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join us as a Service Advisor in Avonmouth.

This role involves maintaining existing relationships and building new ones to ensure we meet all customer needs—booking routine servicing, defects, MOTs, breakdowns, updating customers on job completion, and raising invoices for work carried out, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create job cards, check for existing parts, service WIPs, and campaigns
  • Clarify repair details with the customer and workshop
  • Check account details and credit levels, obtain authorisation and order numbers from customers
  • Inform customers of outstanding campaigns and schedule work accordingly
  • Ensure MOT appointments are planned
  • Greet all customers professionally and friendly upon arrival
  • Agree on timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks: Handle external customer requests and internal workshop tasks efficiently.
