Job summary

Vertu Mercedes-Benz Beaconsfield is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join our aftersales team. You will manage the customer journey from check-in to collection, traveller between Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Reading and Slough to ensure exceptional service across the Mercedes-Benz network.

The role requires strong communication, aftersales knowledge and a proactive, customer-focused approach in a franchised dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised/main dealer environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of aftersales processes and customer service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel between our Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Reading and Slough.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop teams, ensuring every customer receives the exceptional service expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand. This is a multi-site role, supporting our Mercedes-Benz dealerships across:

• Ascot
• Aylesbury
• Beaconsfield
• Reading
• Slough

As such, flexibility and a willingness to travel between locations is essential. You'll manage the customer journey from vehicle check-in through to collection, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process and ensuring complete satisfaction at every stage.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the aftersales journey

• Manage customer expectations and resolve queries professionally
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services where appropriate

We're seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual with proven experience in a franchised dealership environment who can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience., Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment is essential.
