Silcom Recruitment Limited is seeking a Service Administrator on the outskirts of Stevenage to support the Aftersales Manager and manage service, MOT and repair administration.

You will create job cards and invoices, file records, and liaise with the service department, workshop and customers throughout the process, using Kerridge confidently.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break and a Saturday rota; salary £20,000–£23,500 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current or previous motor trade experience in a similar position.
• Confident user of Kerridge. This is essential for the role.

Responsabilités

• Complete all administrative tasks to finish a service, MOT or repair on a customer vehicle, from creating the job card to creating the invoice and filing the job.
• Liaise with the service department, workshop and customer throughout the full process.
