Job summary

Holt-Recruitment is seeking a Service Administrator in Portbury to join a busy engineering business. The role is brand-new, working Monday to Friday in a friendly, family-feel team.

You will process service job cards, support scheduling, and manage service records using SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook, while answering calls and emails and assisting with invoicing. Training is provided and there is genuine progression potential.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in Plant, Construction, Heavy Machinery, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural industries would be ideal but NOT essential.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced office.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and able to manage multiple tasks.
