Job summary

Holt Recruitment is seeking a Part-time Service Administrator in Portbury to manage service administration tasks, schedule engineers, and handle calls and emails. The role offers a pro rata salary and several development opportunities. Training will be provided in a growing business with a friendly environment.

The position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus. The hours are Tue, Thu and Fri, 8:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Administration experience within plant, construction, heavy machinery, HGV, automotive or agricultural industries is ideal but not essential.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced office
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and able to manage multiple tasks
