Rodeo Bar is seeking a friendly server to deliver courteous, fast, and vibrant service in a casual dining environment. You will handle guest orders, maintain a clean station, and assist with cash handling while upholding our hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of casual restaurant experience, proficiency with POS systems, and strong teamwork and communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Job Description

As a Server, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude. Additionally, you will follow cash handling procedures, keep your area neat, clean, stocked, and ready to serve guests while delivering quality service within company standards for hospitality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk-in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
