Job description

We're building a platform to create sales experiences that drive revenue.

We do this by making it easy to create beautiful, interactive collateral with analytics on buyer interactions, payments, e-signature, seamless CRM integration, and other functionalities that traditional PDFs lack.

Our product addresses a real market need, resulting in a strong business with multi-million dollar ARR, consistent growth, and low churn.

We are now looking to scale and invite you to be part of this growth.

About the role

Qwilr seeks a growth-minded SEO Manager to develop and execute our SEO strategy. You will own the end-to-end delivery of SEO initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, marketing, product, engineering, and design to increase organic contribution. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a hands-on approach. You will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing.

What you'll do
  • Develop and enhance Qwilr's global SEO strategy across content, technical, and offsite areas
  • Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to grow organic channels
  • Conduct user intent-based keyword research for blogs, templates, product pages, tools, and guides
  • Create content briefs for our writers to produce SEO-optimized, informative articles, and uncover emerging sales trends to inform topics
  • Review and ensure content quality, providing feedback to improve and maintain standards
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, opportunities, and revenue
  • Analyze competitors and industry leaders to identify new SEO expansion areas and develop competitive advantages
Who you are
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in SEO or content for B2B SaaS
  • Experience at an agency, startup, or as a consultant
  • Proven success in developing creative SEO solutions
  • Expertise in technical SEO, content management, link-building, and keyword research
  • Success-oriented with accountability for outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with data-driven experimentation and deriving insights
  • Effective in clear and concise communication
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot

Research indicates men apply when they meet 60% of criteria, while women and minorities often only apply when they meet all. If you feel you have what it takes but don't meet every point, please still reach out. We value diversity and inclusion at Qwilr. More info can be found here.

  • As an early member of Qwilr’s Growth Marketing team, you'll help define a new category in business software, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Competitive equity package
  • Generous parental leave
  • Annual company retreats
  • Budget for work setup, education, conferences, and books
  • Remote, flexible, and parent-friendly work arrangements

At Qwilr, we are guided by our principles to help you find your way in startups.
