SEO Manager

Manchester. Hybrid: 3-2 WFH/Remote

The Brand:

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the development of the brand's SEO roadmap and strategy across multiple websites.
• Conduct keyword research for all brands and key markets; define ranking strategies for each.
• Perform technical, link, and content audits to identify and address performance issues and opportunities.
• Research and implement SEO and content strategies, understanding how content influences organic rankings and traffic.
• Collaborate with the wider digital team to ensure SEO is integrated into digital campaigns.
• Report on SEO effectiveness and identify areas affecting search engine rankings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop strategic insights.
• Support and oversee internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Skills & Experiences:

• At least 5 years' experience in SEO management, either in an agency or in-house roles.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword monitoring tools.
• Proven success in SEO planning and execution, with a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC and local search.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
