As an SEO Growth Manager for the UK and France at Peerspace, you will drive organic traffic growth through innovative SEO and growth hacking techniques. This role combines SEO, content marketing, and online partnerships to identify high-impact traffic opportunities, develop data-driven link building campaigns, and create scalable growth frameworks for European markets. You will operate autonomously as our first marketing hire in Europe, with full support from our US-based team.

We seek a creative, problem-solving individual who thinks beyond traditional SEO tactics to uncover unconventional growth opportunities. You will leverage the latest SEO and AI tools to scale our European presence via content marketing, link building, competitive analysis, and innovative SEO experiments. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is quick to test hypotheses, and has a proven startup growth track record.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a high Domain Authority backlink strategy for the UK and France to improve local search rankings.
  2. Monitor and analyze backlink profiles for relevance, diversity, and quality.
  3. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant high-volume keywords for local content creation and optimization.
  4. Translate US partnership programs (Affiliates, Ambassadors) to European markets to drive traffic.
  5. Coordinate with the US marketing team to align global strategies with market-specific tactics.
  6. Experiment with emerging AI tools to enhance content creation, including voice, style, sentiment, and personalization.
  7. Test and refine scalable growth tactics tailored to UK and French markets.
  8. Regularly report on SEO and marketing metrics for European markets.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years in SEO with a focus on content marketing and backlink building in European markets, especially UK and France.
  2. Experience with multilingual SEO and understanding of local search nuances in Europe.
  3. Strong interest and familiarity with AI tools and SEO software (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  4. Proven success in developing online partnership strategies (influencers, affiliates) that increase traffic.
  5. Growth mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities.
  6. Strong project management skills; able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  7. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
  8. Bachelor’s degree required; SEO or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.
