Responsibilities

• Master Sentinel: Manage primary/secondary sponsorships, update competencies, and track endorsements and statuses on the Sentinel database.
• Verify Labour Readiness: Check and clear workers for shifts, ensuring zero compliance gaps before client site.
• Lead the QA & RISQS Fort: Build and manage digital compliance folders, audit-ready for RISQS inspections.
• Health & Safety Logistics: Coordinate standard rail medicals and Drug & Alcohol screenings, log data.
• Collaborate Face-to-Face: Communicate with recruiters in Stanmore to solve compliance roadblocks in real time.

Are you a Rail compliance specialist who knows the ins and outs on Sentinel?

Ready to play a central role in a fast-scaling labour supply agency?

We are experiencing incredible growth supplying high-quality labour to major Tier 1 contractors across the London Underground and Network Rail. To keep pace with this momentum, we are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Sentinel & QA Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Stanmore office.

This is a pure labour supply compliance role. While our clients handle the actual track access bookings, it will be your mission to ensure that every single worker we supply is perfectly credentialed, safe, and 100% compliant. You will own our Sentinel processes and spearhead the quality assurance audit trails that keep our RISQS accreditation spotless.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day:

• Master Sentinel: Manage primary/secondary sponsorships, update competencies, and track specific endorsements and statuses on the Sentinel database.
• Verify Labour Readiness: Work right alongside our fast-moving recruitment team to check and clear workers for shifts, ensuring zero compliance gaps before they hit the client's site.
• Lead the QA & RISQS Fort: Build and manage airtight digital compliance folders, ensuring our labour supply processes are permanently "audit-ready" for RISQS inspections.
• Health & Safety Logistics: Coordinate and verify standard rail medicals and Drug & Alcohol screenings, logging data instantly to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate Face-to-Face: Thrive in the energy of a growing business, communicating instantly with recruiters in our Stanmore office to solve compliance roadblocks in real time.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Rail Specialist: You have solid compliance experience, with a strong, demonstrable understanding of Rail.
• The Sentinel Expert: You understand how Sentinel behaves differently for LUL workflows compared to standard Network Rail routes and can navigate those differences easily.
• The Eagle Eye: You spot missing competencies or expiring medicals/D&A from a mile away. You love structure, order, and immaculate record-keeping.
