Reevr in Milton Keynes is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer for the Sensors Product Line to blend engineering know-how with the commercial side of the job. You’ll manage technical sales enquiries, help customers select sensor solutions, and prepare quotations to drive opportunities.
You’ll work with an experienced team across industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Rail and Defence, developing your technical and commercial expertise in a growing business with strong on-site culture and clear
Qualifications
- Engineering background (HNC, Degree or equivalent)
- Exposure to sensors (Pressure, Force, Position, Vibration, Strain)
- Enjoys both technical problem solving and customer interaction
- Organised, proactive and curious
- Confident and professional communication style
- Long-term career with a growing engineering business
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming technical sales enquiries via phone and email
- Support customers in selecting sensor solutions for applications
- Produce quotations and proposals, follow up opportunities
- Work with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
- Cross-sell a broad range of sensor technologies
- Support exhibitions and customer visits as required
- Assist with marketing initiatives and identify new market opportunities
- Provide online technical/web-chat support
- Develop commercial awareness while growing technically
