The salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, with quarterly and year-end bonuses and clear career progression as you develop technical and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electro-mechanical or mechatronics or automotive engineering degree required.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Organised and detail-focused with good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Understand customer applications and recommend sensor products.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into orders and support existing customers.
• Work with overseas suppliers and assist external sales teams.
• Provide online web-chat support and contribute to cross-selling of products.
