Job summary

Verto People is seeking an Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support to drive new business and manage existing accounts in the instrumentation sector. The role focuses on pressure, temperature, level and related measurement products, with office-based duties near Ashford.

Your remit includes pre-sales guidance, quotations, and CRM-based order processing to support sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales or technical sales within instrumentation or valve sectors.
• Strong B2B sales track record developing new and existing business.
• Good knowledge of process instrumentation and related products.
• Willingness to be office-based near Ashford.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and lead generation.
• Build relationships to maximise repeat business and account growth.
• Provide product guidance across instrumentation products.
• Prepare quotations and convert leads into orders.
• Process sales and purchase orders in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales targets and company growth.
