Qualifications

• Safer recruitment checks include DBS, employment history, references, right to work, and checks.

Responsibilities

• Act as safeguarding lead on shift.
• Recognise and respond to risk, including exploitation.

• Coordinate shifts and provide clear guidance to staff.
