Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous homecare experience is essential.
• Valid PMVA, DMI, or relevant care/support certificate.
• Experience working with young people.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related qualification.

• Previous experience supporting young people with complex care or support needs.
