Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Supervisory experience with children on the edge of care or in care requiring placement stability.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support and drive change to find solutions for families.
• Use evidence-based models such as Trauma-Informed Care and Restorative Practice.
• Oversee residential and outreach processes with Harbour East and supervise care provided to young people and families.
• Improve practice with families and communities to reduce numbers entering care and strengthen placements.
