Job summary

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Workforce Systems Lead to join our team, to lead the development, optimisation and integration of the Trust's workforce systems, supporting digital transformation ambitions.

You will provide leadership for workforce systems, payroll and employee information management, act as subject matter expert, ensure systems are secure, compliant and integrated across the organisation, and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Senior adviser for workforce information and systems.
• Leadership of the Workforce Systems team and governance.
• Experience implementing integrated payroll and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimisation and integration of workforce systems.
• Oversee payroll and employee information management systems.
• Champion data quality, governance and reporting across the organisation.
• Manage system upgrades, training and audits with stakeholders and suppliers.
