Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a Senior Digital Nurse, Midwife, AHP or Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician to shape digital systems supporting thousands of patients and staff daily. You will help design, implement and improve electronic health records and other clinical systems across LTHT.

You will lead digital programmes, champion adoption in clinical practice, and provide clinical leadership to optimise technology for safer, more efficient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Midwife, AHP or Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician.
• Significant clinical experience at Band 6 or above.
• Experience of change, improvement, audit or project work.
• Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• A passion for digital innovation and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across the Trust.
• Champion the adoption of digital systems in clinical practice.
• Work closely with nurses, midwives, AHPs, pharmacists and digital teams.
• Provide clinical leadership and digital expertise.
• Lead Clinical Safety activities and support compliance with national standards.
• Influence how technology improves patient and staff experience.
