Job summary

Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced lead for Workforce Systems and HR processes. The role focuses on advising managers on HR systems, maintaining system integrity, data quality, and reporting accuracy.

Experience providing specialist advice on HR systems and processes.
Ability to interpret national/local terms and policies for managers.
Experience developing and maintaining HR system protocols and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead on workforce systems training for the Workforce Department.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training and policy requirements.
Manage system upgrades, testing, communications and training.
Provide RCA and proactive problem resolution for system incidents.
Develop and maintain reporting controls and data quality across workforce systems.
Collaborate with Digital Services and system suppliers on updates and training.
Support contract management with HR systems to meet SLA and KPI targets.
