Job summary
Sirona care & health in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire seeks a Senior Workforce Business Partner to lead major transformation within Children's Services. You will work as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping workforce solutions and driving change to improve outcomes for children and families.
You will oversee workforce redesign, service development and a neurodiversity programme while aligning with Agenda for Change and NHS Benefits.
Qualifications
- Master's level in HRM or related field with CIPD membership.
- Evidence of CPD including employment law updates.
- Experience leading workforce transformation in NHS or community healthcare.
- Experience in unionised HR environments is desirable.
- Understanding of Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
- Experience with large-scale workforce planning and change.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce elements of major transformation programmes across Children's Services.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce redesign and service development.
- Lead workforce planning to meet current and future demand.
- Support programmes to improve access and reduce waiting times.
- Use workforce data to identify risks and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with partners and trade unions to deliver change.
- Coach managers through complex workforce challenges.
