Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking a data-focused professional to join our people services team. You will analyse complex workforce data, turn insight into action, and support decision-making across the organisation.

You will manage data quality, harmonise systems such as Access HR, ESR, OLM, EASY Pay, Trac and e‑rostering, and lead a workforce data and systems team to deliver clear reporting for boards and committees.

Responsibilities

• Produce information from a variety of systems and turn complex workforce data into clear insight, trends and compelling narrative
• Challenge existing approaches and help develop smarter ways of working
• Improve data quality and how our workforce systems work together
• Work closely with IT, Data, Finance, Transformation and other teams, giving you fantastic exposure across the organisation
• Manage workforce reporting for the Board, Committees and Groups, as well as national workforce data returns
• Use a range of systems including Access HR, ESR, OLM, EASY Pay, Trac and e‑rostering
• Lead and develop a workforce data and systems team.
