Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking an experienced data-focused HR professional to join our People Services team in Colchester. This role focuses on turning complex workforce information into clear insights and action, aligning systems, and supporting decision-making at the board level.

You will lead a workforce data and systems team, manage reporting for committees and national returns, and work across IT, Finance and Transformation to improve data quality and improve how HR systems interoperate.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in workforce information, business information systems or related field.
• Masters level qualification or equivalent demonstrable knowledge in data analytics or workforce systems.
• Prince2 or similar accreditation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and accuracy of workforce information across systems.
• Manage day-to-day workforce team activities (recruitment, appraisal, discipline, performance, absence).
• Undertake data analysis on complex datasets, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Transformation and other teams for reporting.
• Lead workforce data reporting for boards, committees, groups and national returns.
