Job summary

HealthHarmonie Ltd is seeking a Senior Workforce Coordinator to lead scheduling across Medinet Group contracts. You will ensure shifts are covered by skilled clinicians, manage the coordination team, and collaborate with Service Operations, Customer Account Managers, and recruitment/compliance teams to launch contracts fully staffed.

Flexible shifts 7am–7pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling clinicians or workforce coordination in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating across multiple contracts and specialties.
• Experience leading a small team or coordinating staff tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and rostering clinicians across contracts to maximise fill rates and minimise agency use.
• Leading resourcing for new contract mobilisations, including staffing models, rotas, and IT access pre-go-live.
• Line managing and developing members of the coordination team.
• Forecasting workforce capacity 12 weeks in advance and aligning with contract demand.
• Handling day-to-day scheduling escalations and making decisions under pressure.
• Producing regular reports on scheduling, staffing, and costs.
• Ensuring scheduling complies with governance, compliance, and contract standards.
