HealthHarmonie Ltd is seeking a Senior Workforce Coordinator to lead scheduling across Medinet Group contracts. You will ensure shifts are covered by skilled clinicians, manage the coordination team, and collaborate with Service Operations, Customer Account Managers, and recruitment/compliance teams to launch contracts fully staffed.
Flexible shifts 7am–7pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota, with regional travel as needed.

As Senior Workforce Coordinator, you'll lead scheduling across Medinet Group's contracts. You'll make sure every shift is covered with skill-matched, compliant clinicians, and that new contracts launch fully staffed and ready to go. You'll line manage members of the coordination team, act as the escalation point when things get complicated, and work closely with Service Operations, Customer Account Managers, and our recruitment and compliance teams.
Flexible shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, 5 days per week.
