Burman Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Analytics Lead to establish and lead a university-wide function. The role focuses on forecasting, modelling and evidence-based recommendations to shape workforce size, skills and costs in support of strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge and practical application of workforce planning, analytics and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, governance and decision-making within complex organisations.
• Advanced analytical and data-visualisation skills for actionable insights.
• Ability to design and embed workforce planning frameworks and governance across an organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience extracting, integrating and analysing workforce data from HR/payroll systems.
• Advanced Excel and workforce modelling skills to support strategic planning.

Aufgaben

• Establish, develop and continuously enhance the organisation's Workforce Planning & Analytics function.
• Design and embed the workforce planning framework, governance arrangements and annual planning cycle.
• Build workforce planning capability across the organisation and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead organisation-wide workforce planning activities to identify future requirements and risks.
• Develop and maintain forecasting, demand/supply modelling and scenario planning for strategic decisions.
• Identify workforce risks, capacity pressures, capability gaps and succession challenges.
• Lead analysis of future capability requirements and priorities for development and investment.
